[NGCtoons#4:Xmas]

GOOD COLLAB

"YODD"- Pretty much the only downer. I liked the color in this but really it's just pointless. Overall it was the worst of the four.

"TEMARIIX"- This segment has really good animation in it. However it was disappointingly short.

"JIBBO"- Very unique in all. Great character design and smooth animation. There is really nothing bad with this one.

"VANVANTO"- The most random of the bunch. YOu might get a chuckle or two out of this one. It has some good music in it also.

OVERALL: It was a pretty decent collab with some real unique and creative segments.

Haha, good review, but don't post on BBS with all those caps.

Jibbs and temms parts were good graphics. Vans had sprites, and fairly good to. I am here to defened myself, because only 3 toons were sent in, and it is a tradition to have 4.

[The Food Chain]

COOL IDEA

PROS: "The Food Chain" is an overall very unique and original flash. It is an Intriguing story about the cycle of life basically. Graphics in this flash were great and colorful. Overall good idea you had going.

CONS: The chain really wasn't that long. It ended kind of in a direction I didn't expect. Common poop mixed with lemon aid? Kind of random at the end. The animation wasn't too sharp either.

OVERALL: I had high expectations for this, but I was let down by the random ending. Oh well, there are always squeals to look forward too.

[y my 3rd movie]

DECENT

PROS: I'm aware that this submission is quite old but I'm still going to review it. The good parts were mainly the character design. Overall graphics were good also. The voices for the aliens were also unique.

CONS: The animation wasn't exactly top notch. It was mainly composed of multiple tweens. But like I said this is in fact old don't expect Something you would see today.

OVERALL: At first I thought It was a generic alien story, but the unique alien voices and monotonic voice for the farmer added some originality to it. Not to mention the theme with the scarecrow seemed original. Overall it was quite entertaining.

[A Very "Damon!" Christmas]

O.K.

PROS: While having absolutely terribly graphics and animation i still looked at it in a positive sense. You gave a humorous disclaimer stating that you are aware of the atrocious graphics and you've even warned the viewer. The graphics were so bad they were funny. All in all this tale was mildly funny.

CONS: Graphics and animation no doubt were bad, but if you put that aside you'll see an extremely generic plot which is a basic "Who stole Christmas" story. It was also boring to watch through out the flash. You could of giving it some flair by improving voice acting and some more background music.

OVERALL: Despite the bad graphics it was a quirky flash with some good laughs and overall funny dialog. Although im not big on graphics lets hope you improve at least a little next time.

[Bang That Drum All Day]

GOOD

PROS: The song was very enjoyable. It's also a perfect music video song. So overall nice choice in song. The character designs were cartoonish and lovable. So good character design. The character movement and animation was awkward and funny at the same time.

CONS: No backgrounds in this at all. Maybe add some flashing lights. Or since the songs chorus repeats “don't want to work…” maybe you should have an office building background and he’s rebelling against work.

IMPROVEMENTS: Next time add some colorful backgrounds since the song it self has a colorful mood.

OVERALL: Very nice music video with great song and decent character designs. However it needs a background desperately. Good job.

[Steve Irwin: A Tribute]

O.K.

PROS: Decent tribute has some memorable pictures in here that are worthy in a tribute.
The music was nice and set a certain sad mood to it.

CONS: Well how hard is it to make a slideshow? Not very. You could have given us a little animation at the end of him saving a croc or something.

IMPROVEMENTS: As I said before a little animation would be nice.
Maybe for the non-believers add an article that proves it.

OVERALL: A decent tribute to someone who got a little too close to animals.

O.K.

PROS: Decent graphics all a round, nice SBC figure.
It has some random humor with a side of clock humor.

CONS: Pretty boring, nothing really exciting going on.
The graphics are kind of choppy.
The dialogue is simple and predicable.

OVERALL: It was a pretty decent submission with nothing spectacular about it. In fact it’s pretty boring and dull.

Yeah, it was predictable but overal my choice of 30fps was a newbyish and foolish mistake. I am in hopes to fix it. I may just delete this submission and resend it with 12fps. Thanks for the very constructive review -marz-
